Q: My iphone Denon remote app doesn't see my 4311. Only Demo.

A: 1) make sure your phone is on your wireless network rather than 3g 2) make sure you check the denon for all software updates first 3) make the sure the iphone and denon both are on the same network (subnet and gateway)
